The OPNET MOdeler 14.5 supports Windows Vista Business x64 Edition.
So, i tried to same manner for Windows Vista x64.

Visual Studio 2008 is already installed in my computer.
So, I tried to set the system variables.

But, "cl" command doesnt work in CMD window.
And, I found that "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\BIN\amd64" folder is not exist.
It means that there is no 64-bit compiler.
So, I tried to modify the installation of VS2008.
But, the installer pop-up error message repetitiously.

This problem solved by deleting a registry.
In Korean version system,
